Alex Keepence is the Founder of Rare Legacy Pty Ltd, the home of Miss World Australia and Rare Management, and has served as National Director of Miss World Australia since 2024.

With over a decade of experience across public relations, brand marketing, talent management, and large-scale event production, Alex is recognised for building high-impact platforms at the intersection of fashion, media, entertainment, and leadership development. Her career includes delivering national fashion shows, international brand campaigns, media launches, and educational masterclasses, working with leading designers, creators, and industry professionals.

As National Director, Alex is leading a strategic repositioning of Miss World Australia as a leadership pathway rather than a traditional beauty pageant, focused on education, humanitarian impact, personal development, and the cultivation of credible public figures. Under her leadership, the organisation prioritises transparency, wellbeing, and long-term value for participants, partners, and communities.

Alex is also the driving force behind Rare Management, a talent and brand management agency representing purpose-led creators, leaders, and titleholders across Australia and New Zealand.
