I confirm that I identify as female, am an Australian citizen or permanent resident, am aged between 17 and 28 years of age, have never been legally married and have never given birth. I understand that proof of age may be requested at any time and failure to provide satisfactory proof will result in immediate disqualification without refund.*

I confirm that I do not have a criminal record and I consent to the Organisation conducting a background check if required.*

I confirm that I am not currently competing in any other national or international pageant or competition system during the 74th Miss World Australia competition period, and will not do so without the prior written consent of the National Director.*

I understand that my entry investment of $350 AUD covers the 12-week Preliminary Program only and is strictly non-refundable under any and all circumstances, including voluntary withdrawal, disqualification, changes to the competition schedule or failure to progress to Phase 2. There is no guarantee of progression beyond the Preliminary Program.*

I understand that additional costs associated with my participation, including travel, accommodation and styling, are my own responsibility unless otherwise confirmed in writing by Miss World Australia.*

I agree to conduct myself with professionalism, integrity and respect at all times during the competition period, both publicly and privately, in a manner consistent with the values of Miss World Australia. I understand that conduct deemed inconsistent with these values, including conduct on personal social media accounts, constitutes grounds for immediate disqualification without refund.*

I agree not to make any public statement, post, comment, video, story or other communication, whether on social media or through any other medium including media outlets, that is false, misleading, defamatory, disparaging or harmful in relation to Miss World Australia, Rare Legacy Pty Ltd, its directors, staff, sponsors, partners, contestants or associated persons. I acknowledge that doing so constitutes a breach of this agreement and may expose me to legal liability.*

I agree to maintain active, publicly accessible social media accounts throughout the competition period and to engage in Miss World Australia content and campaign activations as reasonably requested by the Organisation.*

I agree not to publicly announce my participation in, withdrawal from, or any outcome of the competition without prior written authorisation from the Miss World Australia Organisation.*

I understand and agree that in the course of participating in the 74th Miss World Australia competition I will have access to confidential information including judging processes, scoring criteria and scores, deliberation outcomes, contestant assessments, internal communications and organisational operations. I agree that I will not, at any time during or after the competition period, disclose, publish or communicate any such confidential information to any third party.*

This agreement includes a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) at Section 5, standard practice for all professional competition programs, which protects the integrity of the competition and the privacy of all contestants.*

I agree not to provide information, commentary or material to any media outlet, journalist or publication regarding the competition, other contestants, judges, staff or the Organisation, without the prior written consent of the Miss World Australia Organisation.*

I grant Miss World Australia (and connected partners) a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use my name, likeness, image and biographical information for promotional purposes in connection with the competition. I agree that all content produced by, for or on behalf of Miss World Australia during the competition period in which I appear is jointly owned by myself and Rare Legacy Pty Ltd t/a Miss World Australia, with no expiry on this joint ownership.*

I agree to actively participate in fundraising efforts for Variety, the Children's Charity throughout the competition period and acknowledge that fundraising performance forms part of the overall competition assessment. I confirm my understanding that all funds raised are directed in full to Variety, the Children's Charity and are not retained by Miss World Australia.

I acknowledge that all judging and selection decisions are made by an independent judging panel and are final and binding. I agree not to challenge, dispute or publicly comment upon any judging decision, selection outcome or competition result. I acknowledge that raising unsubstantiated public allegations of bias or corruption in relation to the judging process constitutes a breach of this agreement.

I acknowledge that Miss World Australia reserves the right to disqualify me at any time for breach of any provision of this agreement, conduct inconsistent with the values of Miss World Australia, or provision of false information, without refund and without obligation to provide reasons. The disqualification decision of the National Director is final and not subject to appeal.

I confirm that I have read and understood all sections of this agreement in their entirety, including the Non-Disclosure Agreement. I agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. I confirm that all information provided is true, accurate and complete. I understand that my typed name below constitutes my legally binding electronic signature.*
